Cherokee Central Schools’ District Policies

One of the primary functions of the Cherokee Central Schools’ School Board is to develop and revise policies (policy 2400).  It is the goal of the CCS School Board to have a comprehensive set of policies governing all aspects of Cherokee Central Schools.  District policies provide a foundation for ensuring academic success for all Cherokee students.

For convenience, Cherokee Central Schools provides online access to all policies through its web site (ccs-nc.org).  The central office will also house a physical copy of the policy manual, which will be the official copy.

If you have questions or comments related to the policy manual, please contact Cherokee Central Schools' central office at 828.554.5000.
