CCS 26-27 School Year Enrollment
New Families to CCS
Families who did not have any students enrolled in the CCS district during the 2025–2026 school year will need to visit the school’s front office to complete the enrollment process.
A computer will be available to begin your enrollment.
Please bring the following:
- Birth Certificate
- Student Enrollment Card (if Tribally Enrolled)
- Parent Enrollment Card (if proving Descendancy)
- Immunization Records
- Custody Papers (if necessary)
- Transcripts or Report Card (if transferring)
Discretionary Admission
Please note that students who live off the Qualla Boundary and are not members of, or descendants of, a federally recognized U.S. tribe must include a written request with their application for review by CCS.
Existing Families at CCS
Families that already have students can update their information and add new students through the Parent Portal. Click the Button Below or click this link: https://est.bie.edu/campus/portal/parents/cherokee.jsp.
Online Enrollment consists of four sections
- Student (s) Primary Household
- Parent/Guardian
- Emergency Contact
- Student
You will log into the parent portal and then click "Online Registration". Click Next and Save/Continue as you review each portion.
