If your child is interested in joining the marching band for the 2026 season, please join us for an interest meeting on March 2nd from 6:00–7:00 PM in the band room.
We’ll be discussing next year’s calendar, important dates, and what to expect for the upcoming season.

Applications are now open for LifeCamp 2026 — a paid opportunity for rising 8th–12th grade students at Cherokee Central Schools.
LifeCamp equips students with real-world skills that school doesn’t always teach, including:
• Financial literacy
• Career planning
• Health & wellness
• Communication skills
• Household management
• Outdoor leadership & problem-solving
💵 Students earn $20/hour during summer and school-year sessions.
📅 Camp Dates: June 15–19, 2026
📅 School-Year Sessions: Monthly + quarterly Saturday sessions
📝 Application Deadline: Friday, March 20, 2026

To support learning, focus, and face-to-face connection, Cherokee High School is now a No Cell Phone Zone during school hours.

✅ Phones must be off and away during class time, hallways, and common areas.
✅ If a student needs to contact a parent, they can do so from the office.
✅ Parents – please call the school directly if you need to reach your child during the day.
